Most in-stock items ship from our warehouse in 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed and will be delivered via USPS. Depending on your location, most orders will arrive within 3 – 5 business days after departing our facility. Due to the current impact on the carrier networks, orders may have longer than normal transit times once shipped from our warehouse.

Please inspect all Freight shipments for damage before signing for the delivery. If you find damage, do not sign the delivery documents and please contact Customer Care.

For orders with backordered items, your items will ship as they become available. Shipping charges are based on your order weight and size and can be seen once the item has been added to your cart.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • If after your order is placed, an item on your order is determined to be on back-order we will notify you by email with an expected shipping date
  • Items that are Special Orders / Custom Orders are charged to your credit card when the order is placed. In some instances, these items may take up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery
  • Certain items may require assembly

DAMAGES & RETURNS
Please inspect each item of merchandise carefully upon arrival. Even if you do not intend to install or assemble your items immediately, they should still be opened and inspected for damage within 48 hours of receipt. If an item arrives damaged, contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours so we may quickly process your replacement and pick-up the damaged / defective item.
