Most in-stock items ship from our warehouse in 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed and will be delivered via USPS. Depending on your location, most orders will arrive within 3 – 5 business days after departing our facility. Due to the current impact on the carrier networks, orders may have longer than normal transit times once shipped from our warehouse.

Please inspect all Freight shipments for damage before signing for the delivery. If you find damage, do not sign the delivery documents and please contact Customer Care.

For orders with backordered items, your items will ship as they become available. Shipping charges are based on your order weight and size and can be seen once the item has been added to your cart.

• If after your order is placed, an item on your order is determined to be on back-order we will notify you by email with an expected shipping date
• Items that are Special Orders / Custom Orders are charged to your credit card when the order is placed. In some instances, these items may take up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery

DAMAGES & RETURNS
Please inspect each item of merchandise carefully upon arrival. Even if you do not intend to install or assemble your items immediately, they should still be opened and inspected for damage within 48 hours of receipt. If an item arrives damaged, contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours so we may quickly process your replacement and pick-up the damaged / defective item. We want to you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fan-tastic Shade Clips! However, if you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return an item, or you received an item that is damaged or defective, please select one of the return options so we can process your return or replacement order as quickly as possible.

RETURNS
Items returned to us that meet the following guidelines will be fully refunded for the cost of the merchandise. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

• Returned within 30 days of receipt
• Packed in original packaging with all parts and components
• In new condition with no damage
• Lamp shades and Fan Shades must be wrapped in their original wrapping
• Special Ordered Items are NON-RETURNABLE
• Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
• Return Form included with the returned items

Any items that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a restocking fee Credits will be issued using your original payment method, please allow up to 30 days for return and refund.

1)  Contact Customer Care: You can contact our Customer Care team at (855) Fan-Clips or at Customercare@fantasticshadeclips.com purchase a USPS return label to use when you drop off your package at your local USPS shipping location. This service is only available for Continental U.S. shipments. If you would like USPS to pick up at your front door there is an additional fee of $9 per box. Please be prepared to provide your order number when you contact Customer Care by phone and include it in all emails.

2)  Shipper of Your Choice: You can return your item to us, pre-paid and insured for your protection via the shipper of your choice. Include the Return Form in the box to ensure we can process your return. Please keep in mind that Fan-tastic Shade Clips cannot be responsible for any loss or damage when you select this option. The warning listed on our website is in accordance with a law implemented by the state of California called Proposition-65. Under this regulation, California law requires businesses to provide warnings for products containing chemicals that the state of California has identified as carcinogens or reproductive toxins. Recent amendments to this law require any retailers selling to California residents to list this warning on their website.

There are currently almost 1,000 substances on the Proposition-65 list, ranging from cigarette smoke and asbestos to aspirin and wood dust. One of the materials listed is lead, and because most light fixtures contain brass in the sockets or in the frames of the shades, we are required to put this warning label on our light fixtures. Brass is a metal alloy consisting of copper, zinc and small amounts of lead, which is what triggers the “lead” warning under California Proposition-65 since lead has been shown to cause cancer when it is ingested.
